VPS offers high resolution radiographs of excised tissue with the self-contained Faxitron MX-20 X-Ray unit.
High resolution Faxitron radiographs are essential to assess the placement of implants and/or defects prior to trimming and preparing specimens for histological processing. 
For bone and orthopedic device studies, the Faxitron radiographs allow us to visualize bone growth into defect sites, assess the degradation and/or integration of bone substitute materials, and visualize implants. |
