VPS’s pathology and prosector staff are available for offsite necropsy support. This support includes pathologist oversight of the necropsy, or the actual performance of the necropsy by VPS staff; and may also include digital photography of relevant gross findings, if requested.
Our staff routinely provides necropsy support for standard toxpath, target animal safety, clinical, and medical device studies. Animal models include, but are not limited to :
